How My Pet’s Love is My Holiday Gift

How My Pet’s Love is My Holiday GiftTrupanion Pet Insurance launched their “Pawliday Blog Contest” and I just couldn’t resist entering. The topic was the perfect subject for me! We hope you enjoy PetsBlogs contest entry, the story of how my pet’s love is my holiday gift . . .

Holiday gifts are often either really easy or really hard to pick out for the ones we love. There are so many great gift ideas to choose from ranging from small to large and inexpensive to extremely expensive. When I look back on the holiday gifts I’ve received, there are only a few that were so special that I know I’ll never forget them.

Let me just say that all of the holiday gifts I’ve ever received from loved ones over the years are always meaningful and appreciated, though sometimes more easily forgotten . . . like the beautiful boxes of candy that seem to disappear before the bells stop jingling or the gorgeous bouquets of flowers that were a beauty to behold but soon had to be thrown out.

Truth be told, all the gifts in the world could never compare to the single most memorable gift I’ve ever received. The funny thing is, it started out as an unwanted gift.http://petsblogs.com/2010/12/how-my-pets-love-is-my-holiday-gift/
